In Latin, Fay echoes fae—a whisper of magic. Our arak carries both meanings: born from the land, touched by craft, and transformed like a spell. Just as water turns arak white, Fay invites you to reveal the unseen—heritage, taste, and soul—in every drop.

LAMMA لمّا is the story of when. An unprecedented exploration of the region's refined terroir, flavors and craftsmanship. Bridging tradition and crafts with today’s world. Curating a dialogue of past, present and future through our products.

A legacy of savoir faire, carried forward.

The couple behind it all, the source of inspiration, the creators. The Nassar GrandParents and founders of the initial Arak making business. The first recipe was written by them.

    Legacy builders; Tanous and Latife, build the family’s olive press.

    Civil war caught up to peaceful Remhala, the displacement happens.

    Stepping back onto the land, legacy carriers; Gerges and Hanna, rebuild what once was.

    Third generation learns the craft, and builds LAMMA لمّا, a product of savoir-faire & terroir.
